The processing time for orders is 1-2 weeks. If the jewelry is not in stock or significant changes need to be made, the manufacturing time may be 3 weeks, after which the product will be shipped. Customers will be contacted when the exact delivery time is determined. The shipping company will deliver the order to the address provided after the order has been processed and dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays in shipments caused by force majeure. If you wish for your order to be delivered urgently, please notify us by email.

Return Policy

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day return policy from the date of order in accordance with consumer protection legislation. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service first. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, otherwise, its price cannot be refunded to the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the return is received and approved, it will be processed according to the payment method used for the original purchase, and the money will be refunded to the customer.

If the product is defective or you have received the wrong item, the return will be arranged at no extra cost. Please contact us if you want to exchange the product or request a refund.

Unclaimed Package

Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or canceling it. For unclaimed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the shipping costs.
