Delivery Time
The delivery time for products is 2-3 weeks. As the jewelry is handmade, Memento Mori Collection reserves the right to deliver products within a maximum of 15 days. If the delivery is delayed, we offer a 25% discount, or the purchase can be canceled.
Stock items are generally aimed to be delivered within a 2 weeks.
If you wish for delivery by a specific date, please mention your request in the order comment field. We will do our best to deliver the products by the specified date.
Jewelry Manufacturing
All jewelry is 100% Finnish, handmade by a goldsmith. The jewelry is produced in small batches and finished individually
Materials Used in Jewelry
The materials used in the jewelry are silver 925 and bronze. We do not use waxes, becouse wax prevents their natural oxidation. We want the jewelry to react to time. Only time makes the jewelry a final, beautiful, and for the wearer, a magical talisman.
Hallmarks
Products are stamped with hallmarks according to precious metal legislation. The hallmarks include the name mark, fineness mark, and logo.
Order Confirmation and Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once the product is shipped, you will receive the Posti tracking number by email, allowing you to track the product's arrival at your nearest post office. Posti will send a notification via text message to the phone number provided.
NOTE! If you order a product as a gift, meaning the delivery address is different from the buyer's, please add the recipient's phone number for the arrival notification. Posti sends the arrival notification via text message to the provided phone number. If the recipient's phone number is missing, we provide the buyer's phone number to Posti.
Return Policy and Complaints
Products have a 14-day return policy. Some jewelry may have an individual engraving, and separately engraved products cannot be returned. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs for the product will not be refunded to the customer.

Gift Packaging
Products in gift packages are delivered in wooden boxes corresponding to the models and include a silver chain. The gift package can also be delivered directly to the gift recipient.
Product Range
Designers and manufacturers occasionally change the appearance of products, so the product's appearance may slightly differ from the image in the store.
All the jewelry in the Memento Mori collection was designed by Jasu Salmi.
